To apply for NDIS support in NSW, visit ndis.gov.au and complete the Access Request Form. For help with your application, contact your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or the NDIS on 1800 800 110. Livara Care can assist you once you have an approved plan.

Absolutely. Participant choice is central to our approach. If you need a different support worker, contact your care coordinator and we will arrange a better match at no extra cost.

We primarily service The Hills District, Blacktown, Parramatta, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Rouse Hill, and surrounding Western Sydney suburbs. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency that regulates NDIS providers to ensure safe, quality services. Livara Care is registered with the Commission and adheres to all NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.

We prioritise urgent needs for existing clients and respond as quickly as possible. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 000 first. For after-hours care enquiries, contact us and we will do our best to assist or direct you to appropriate supports.

We typically begin services within 1-2 weeks of your initial consultation. For urgent needs, we can sometimes arrange support within 48 hours depending on worker availability and your specific requirements.
