Our journey began through MedHireHub, our sister company with years of healthcare staffing expertise. We carefully recruit, screen, and match support workers to participants who suit their skills, experience, and personality.
Since launching Livara Care, we have grown from a small team of passionate healthcare professionals into a registered NDIS provider serving participants and families across Sydney. Every decision we make β from recruitment to rostering to care planning β is guided by one question: "Is this in the best interest of the participant?"

Priyanka Dhillon
Co-Founder & Director
Priyanka brings deep expertise in healthcare recruitment and workforce management to Livara Care. Through her work with MedHireHub, she spent years connecting hospitals, aged care facilities, and disability services with qualified, compassionate staff across Sydney.
She founded Livara Care to bring that same rigorous recruitment standard directly to NDIS participants β ensuring every support worker is not just qualified, but genuinely matched to the participant's personality, needs, and goals.
Priyanka oversees participant care coordination, support worker training, and quality assurance. She is passionate about building a workforce that treats disability support as a vocation, not just a job.

Co-Founder & Director
Harpreet manages operations, technology systems, and business development at Livara Care. With a background in systems optimisation and business operations, he ensures Livara Care delivers efficient, modern, and reliable disability support services at scale.
He designed the technology infrastructure that powers Livara Care's rostering, participant communication, and compliance tracking β ensuring transparency and accountability at every step.
Harpreet is committed to continuous improvement. He regularly reviews participant feedback, support worker performance data, and industry best practices to refine Livara Care's service delivery.
